Short Term Independent Study Contract

 Parents/guardians may make a signed written request for a Short Term Independent Study Contract for their student when he/she will be absent from school due to emergency, illness, family vacation or other special circumstances.

 These contracts ensure the student the opportunity to maintain academic progress during the absence. Contracts are available for no fewer than five days and no longer than twenty days.

 All requests for a Short Term Independent Study Contract must be submitted in the main office no later than five days before the first day of the absence.
