DVD’s should be labeled clearly with running time, name address, and phone number.  Labels should be applied to the cover of the DVD case and the DVD itself.

$25 non-refundable application fee. One application and fee per entry (You may enter more than one film as long as there is one application and one entry fee included with each film).

Films should be 10 minutes or less
 

Subject matter should contain images, and language that would be suitable for “general audiences”
 

Foreign films that include English subtitles will be considered

The Festival holds no responsibility for lost films.  Send a self-addressed, stamped postcard if you would like confirmation that your film has been received.  No films will be returned. Film Notification:  Approximately March 10, 2006

Awards for Best Directing, Best Editing, Best Visual Effects, Best Original Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Picture, People’s Choice, and The Foundation Award—will be presented on Saturday evening.
 

There will be a special gala event for filmmakers and their guests Saturday evening.
 

Filmmakers will be ushered to the Saturday film screening by a complimentary limousine.
